I&M Young Professionals Panel at I2MTC 2017 in Torino

The I&M Young Professionals Panel will be organized on May 22nd, 2017 at Politecnico di Torino during the I2MTC 2017 conference.

We know that it might be not so easy move our first steps in the world of research and measurements: this will be an opportunity to exchange our experiences.

A presentation on good practice in measurements (best practice on create protocol, set experiments, collection and analysis of data) and of case studies will be held. In addition, an overview of the IEEE Young Professional world and of the activities and opportunities that the Association can offer you will be shown.

Following, some hands-one experiences will be presented by young researchers and the Panel Discussion will be open: this is an opportunity to exchange our experiences and impressions.

The discussion will continue in a less formal environment during the Meet-up Event.

The panel is scheduled during Erik Timpson’s Tutorial “What We Have to Offer” on May 22nd at 4.30 – 6.00 pm (http://2017.imtc.ieee-ims.org/tutorial-program).

After the panel, a Meet-up Event as a “Merenda sinoira” (welcome reception, Piedmont style) will be also organized.
